Our 1-Year Workmanship Warranty
At AG Drywall Repair Services, Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship on every project. To give our customers added peace of mind, we stand behind our work with a 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty.
If an issue arises that is directly related to our workmanship within one year of completion, we will return and address it at no additional cost.
What Is Covered
Our warranty covers workmanship-related issues within the repaired area, including:
• Cracking caused by failure of joint compound or tape within the repaired area
• Joint or seam failure within the repaired area
• Bond or adhesion failure of materials installed by our team
This warranty applies only to the specific area repaired as outlined in your original scope of work.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered under this warranty:
• New damage such as impacts, dents, or holes
• Water damage, plumbing leaks, or roof leaks
• Structural movement, settling, or shifting of the home
• Damage caused by other contractors or remodeling work
• Moisture, humidity, flooding, or mold-related issues
• Normal wear and tear
Warranty Void Conditions
This warranty will be considered void under the following conditions:
• Any work modified, altered, or repaired by a third party after completion
• Any alterations or repairs performed by the homeowner
• Improper priming, painting, or coating of the repaired surface
• Exposure to water, moisture, or humidity-related conditions after completion
